Profile

Mr. Kueffner’s practice centers on business transactions and business litigation.  He has been a lawyer with Faulkner Banfield in Juneau for over twenty five years, representing and advising Native corporations, public utilities, and other business organizations.   He has also worked with the managers and elected representatives of cities and towns in Southeast Alaska, advising them on regulatory issues and defending them in lawsuits related to personnel disputes, police work, and civil rights.

Mr. Kueffner is a member of the CBJ Docks and Harbor Board and chairman of the Finance Committee of that board.  He is a founding member of the board of trustees of the Juneau Community Foundation.  Mr. Kueffner is also a past President of the Juneau Bar Association and the Juneau Arts and Humanities Council.
