Andrew M. Juneau Associate Attorney
Andrew’s practice primarily involves advising nonprofit corporations, Native housing authorities, and Alaska Native Corporations and their affiliated entities. He also advises individual and business clients, mainly on real property, corporate governance, and litigation.
Prior to joining Faulkner Banfield Law, P.C., Andrew was an associate attorney with its predecessor firm, Simpson Tillinghast Sheehan, P.C. Before joining private practice, he clerked for the Honorable Philip M. Pallenberg (ret.) and the Honorable Marianna C. Carpeneti, both on the Alaska Superior Court.
Andrew currently serves on the Alaska Bar Association’s Board of Governors, and formerly served on the board of directors of the University of Minnesota’s legal services office.
During law school, Andrew worked for a federal magistrate judge on administrative appeals and pre-trial proceedings and, later, for a federal defender on post-sentencing litigation. He is a member of the Alaska Bar and is admitted to practice before state, federal, and tribal courts in Alaska and before the Internal Revenue Service.
When he’s not in the office, Andrew is often biking to a trail, hiking on a trail, or skiing away from a trail.
